Digitisation for local businesses in Cassino and the Frosinone–Latina provinces

We bring your business into the digital world, and make it run better.

From how customers find you to the jobs that eat your evenings: a website that takes bookings, a digital employee that answers WhatsApp at eleven at night, paperwork that files itself, and whatever else in the business is worth fixing. Where a project is automation or AI, the chamber of commerce pays up to 70% of it this year.

Three doors in

Every business we work with comes in through one of them. In the free check-up we look at the whole business and propose whatever pays back fastest, digital or not.

Be found

Your Google profile done properly, with the right hours, photos and answered reviews. A fast website that takes bookings or WhatsApp messages. Sold as its own service, priced plainly.

Run smoother

Anything in the business that costs you time can usually be improved: the notebook by the till, the same question answered forty times, the retyping, the chasing. A digital employee takes one of those jobs. It costs less than a part-timer and never sleeps.

Get it paid for

Where a project qualifies, we find the grant, shape the project to fit the rules, and file the application as your delegate. We never promise a grant: the fund is first come, first served, so our job is to have yours ready on day one.

A digital employee at work

This is how a booking assistant answers a guest on WhatsApp, in the guest's language, at any hour.

A scripted demonstration, not a real client.

What your chores cost you

Count the hours someone in the business spends each week answering the same messages, copying data from one place to another, and chasing paperwork.

How it works

  1. Free check-up

Half an hour, over a coffee or online. We look at how customers find you, run the chamber's own digital self-assessment with you, and tell you which grants apply.

  2. A working demo

If we find a job worth handing over, we come back with a demonstration built on your own rooms, menu or forms. You decide after you have seen it work.

  3. The voucher application

Where the project qualifies, we design it to the chamber's rules and file the application with you, as your delegate, the day the window opens.

  4. Build, train, keep running

We build it, show your staff how to use it, and keep it watched and improving afterwards.

What it costs

Indicative prices, before VAT. Every project starts with the free check-up and a written quote.

from €1,500

Presenza

Google profile fixed, a fast site with bookings or WhatsApp, reviews wired up. One-off.

from €5,000

Digital employee project

One or two digital employees built on your own menu, rooms or forms, plus the setup and training around them. Where it qualifies, the chamber voucher pays 70% of this.

from €100 a month

Canone

Your digital employee watched, maintained and improving.

from €400 a month

Custode Digitale

Presence, content, digital employees and a one-page monthly report in plain language, all handled.

Indicative. The first ten projects will tell us where the real prices sit, and the site will say so.

Who we are

Oppian has built software for clients since 2009. Romina meets you in person, in Cassino and in Italian. Matt builds. AI does the heavy lifting, which is why two people can do what used to take an agency, and why it costs less.

Looking for a software engineering partner?

Oppian still builds web platforms, mobile apps and cloud systems for companies, in English and Italian.
